I charge £60 per session. However, concession rates for students, trainee counsellors and key workers are available at £45 before 5pm.

I offer therapy & counselling sessions in person at the Treatment Rooms, Park Row, BS1 5LJ.

Various parking locations are available on Park Row. The Treatments Rooms is not wheelchair accessible, but on the ground floor, accessed via the high street with a small step into the building.

I offer sessions online using Microsoft teams and zoom. These are conducted in my private office at home.

Yes, I am able to offer short term therapy. Some clients opt for 6 sessions, on a weekly basis and others may have fortnightly sessions. This is your personal preference and can be discussed in a initial session.
Once a relationship is established, my ongoing support is available for monthly, or one off sessions, should this be useful to you.

I have many years of experience in working with those who have differing needs. I strive to provide a comfortable space where you can explore your difficulties at your own pace, with patient understanding of the challenges coming to counselling may provide.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. We can discuss the details during our initial session.

Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of therapy. Everything we discuss in our sessions is kept private, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We can talk more about confidentiality during our first session.

For your first session, it can be helpful to think about what you'd like to achieve from therapy and any specific concerns you'd like to discuss. However, there’s no need to prepare extensively — just come as you are, and we'll work together from there.
